I am no longer developing or maintaining World of Warcraft addons. I haven't played in years, and don't have the time or interest to continue working on addons for a game I don't play anymore. If you are an addon author interested in continuing one of my addons, please see https://phanx.net/addons/. If you are an addon user, sorry, but there won't be any more fixes or updates from me. |
(*) As of Patch 5.4 using Up/Down to access previously entered chat lines without the Alt key is limited to non-secure commands only. If you need to access previously entered secure commands (like /cast or /use) you will still need to hold the Alt key.Options & Commands
(**) If a channel is sticky, then after talking in that channel, the chat input box will open to the same chat type again, rather than making you type /g or /ra again.
Some additional options, such as customizing which channels are made sticky and what abbreviations are used for channel names, are available by editing the Core.lua file in a plain-text editor such as Notepad. If you break something, download a fresh copy and try again.Language Support

/pc menu not working?
No matter what I do, /pc menu is always on. I'd like to turn it off.

Gmotd seems to work right now - great job.
I think i found a little bug in class coloring: It seems not to work for players with sepcial characters in their name, like "á" or something like that. |

Finally got things working with the guild MotD and ended up rewriting a lot. :P
Anyway, new features: - tell target, use /tt or set a keybinding - color names by class Timestamps are not in... going to try a couple and hopefully find a good, simple standalone addon that can work alongside mine for those who can't live without timestamps. Havokiya- Yes, type "/pc" or "/phanxchat" to see the available options. You can get the menu button back with "/pc menu". Edit: For timestamps, I'm going to recommend CustomChatTimestamps. It works in 2.0 and alongside my addon, it does timestamps and nothing else, and you can pick the format of your timestamps. Link: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info6161

Great mod, but I'm a noob. Are there any commands to toggle on/off certain features? The only thing I really care about is that I can't see my macro button. Is there a way to access it or turn off the feature that hides the buttons.
Thanks! |

Great mod!
Since it is an Ace2 mod do you plan on adding it to the Ace2 site so that we can easily update with the Ace Updater? It's nice to be able to have all Ace2 mods and easily update them in one place. |

Still working on the MotD issue.
Additional font sizes are in for the next update... look for it in the next few days; I'm still working out the kinks with a couple new things. Timestamps are something I'd really rather not add... I don't use them myself, and adding in all the code to make them customizeable enough to satisfy everyone would significantly increase the addon's size. However, since it seems to be such a popular request, I may see about adding simple no-options [MM:SS] timestamps. About the edit box anywhere... I'll see how much code it'd require. If it's not much I'll put it in for the next update; otherwise it'll get put on the list of "things to maybe do in the future." |
