NEWS 12/17/06:
I have fully updated Sapper, the addon has been completely recoded and steamlined for the new API changes in WoW 2.0 and new features have been added!
-Slash Commands: Toggle the addon on and off, Enable or Disable the marks, Enable or Disable the Sound when you blind, Enable and Disable Announcements in many ways.
-Detection Recode: Previously Sapper worked by watching for your target to become sapped or blinded, which it would then announce. Now Sapper uses new events added in WoW 2.0 to watch for you to actually use Sap or Blind. This means that you will not announce when somebody else Saps or Blinds your target, and you will be able to announce when you Blind somebody other than your target (such as by using the macro "/cast [target=mouseover] Blind")
-Announcement Options: You can choose to announce in Say, Party, Raid, BG, and Yell. You can announce in as many of these as you want.
-Saved Variables: Your option setting are saved to your Character. Whether Sapper is Enabled, whether Marking is Enabled, whether the Sound is played when you Blind, and what Channels to Announce in are all stored between sessions.
