GroupFu is a FuBar plugin that adds group management functions, loot method detection, and roll management.
Clicking on the panel icon will cause it to roll, shift-clicking will clear the last roll, and ctrl-clicking will cause it output the winner to chosen output channel.
It will normally show the group looting type unless there is a roll in progress.
After a roll is performed, it can announce the winner to any channel, or just locally to you. People can write 'pass' to pass on the roll.
The right-click menu also includes the standard leader choices like setting the loot method, threshold, leaving your group and resetting your instances.

I don't use them directly but the libraries I include do maybe this is causeing a problem with FuBar's start up. Also do you still have the FuBar 1.2 Compat mod installed? I do and I can't seem to duplicate this error so I can test myself :/ Also you might want to try deleting your GroupFu savedvariables file out of your WTF directory.

I've had some trouble getting GroupFu to display just the dice and no text at all. I know it used to have the option, and I have an old profile for one character that has it saved that way, but I can't seem to set it up with no text for the other characters. Is that a bug, was it removed on purpose, and could it be put back in if so?

Hmm, the problem still persists with 2.0.7b. This is quite an unusual bug. I guess that rules out AceEvent.

Try 2.0.7, I reverted back to an older ACE-EVENT. I'm not sure I like SVN auto-importing the latest libs without my approval. I know Rabbit did it in order to save space in SVN but it screws me if a developer checks in a lib with and error I can't bypass it easily. This is part of the reason I want back to my versioning scheme.

2.0.5b / 2.0.11078b+ Notice how in 2.0.11078b+ the spacing is double that of what it should be (notice the player frame) as opposed to the correct spacing in 2.0.5b, both with Auto-adjust frames checked. 2.0.11078b+ pushes the frames down a second space. ItemBonusesFu has this same issue. I can't put my finger on it, though, for I have a lack of LUA scripting knowledge. I'm currently using an older version of ItemBonusesFu that doesn't have this issue, version 2.0.10744. Here is the change history since that version. Maybe you can pin-point it. 2.0.10856 - Really added missing AceDebug lib this time - Added missing AceEvent lib 2.0.10744 - Added missing AceDebug lib - Updated for BonusScanner 1.2 The AceEvent lib maybe? The AceDebug I mentioned before most likely has nothing to do with it. I blindly removed it from ItemBonusesFu 2.0.10744 without testing it beforehand.

If only 2.0.11078 is doing it it should be very easy to track down cause it was some thing Rabbit did. I'm guess the external libraries stuff he put in SVN. |

I don't know exactly what's causing it, but it seems the latest GroupFu pushes FuBar down twice when auto-adjust frames is checked, just as the latest ItemBonusesFu does. A bug in one of the libraries perhaps? Nobody seems to be attempting or able to track this down. In the second to latest version of ItemBonusesFu (which I am currently using) I removed the debug lib and all references to it and the double adjust went away permanently. But now the latest GroupFu is doing this. Disabling it will fix the bug. I'd really like to see this anomaly corrected, whatever's causing it. It's also responsible for the missing plugins bug.

Re: Re: Beta version uploaded (v2.0.5)
Rabbit made some changes to the libs so I'll probably release a 2.0.11078 tomorrow. |
