SSPVP3  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

SSPVP3 is mostly improvements and recodes to sections of code, along with adding support for 3.0.x features.

Herald yells inside Alterac Valley are changed to be more consistant and will be colored by the faction that triggered it, you can also see how many resources are gained via the Mines inside the overlay along with chat alerts when the Captains are slain by a faction. Timers for how long until graveyards, bunkers and towers are included for Arathi Basin and Alterac Valley.

Includes match information like time left, nodes to win, final scores for Arathi Basin and Eye of the Storm. Along with flag carriers inside Warsong Gulch and Eye of the Storm, including coloring by flag carrier class and carriers health (when available). Other features are things like modifying the players arena panel to show both weekly and seasonal stats instead of having to toggle them as well as displaying team leader even if they're offline, or showing break down by server/class on the battlefield scoreboard and more, see configuration for a better list on all the features SSPVP3 has.

See, /sspvp ui for configuration, /arena for different data functions like games required to hit 30%, points -> rating or rating -> points conversions.

Found the problem with the key bindings:

From http://www.wowwiki.com/Bindings.xml

* As of 2.1, the code blocks cannot be empty or the keybindings interface will ignore the binding. A comment is enough, i.e. "-- dummy".
So keybindings need to be (eg)

Instead of the

that they are currently.

Is it possible to save the latest scoreboard from a BG and make it viewable after you exit? I like to use the auto-Leave Battleground so I can get in a new queue right away, but I also want to be able to look at the stats from the last game. Thanks.

Enemy player levels appear to be simply not working.

Chat reformat (where server names are hidden in chat) appears to be simply not working.

The flag timers in WSG work perfectly, however there is one small visual difference I'd like to see. If the flag was NOT captured, could the text say 'Held time' instead of 'captured time' or something to that effect? Otherwise, the only improvements I can think of to this feature are unnecessary and probably unwanted.

If another mod did this, would you be able to hook into it and do your reformat and player levels on it, etc?

Will look into it

Trying to avoid having to add chat reformatting back until I can find a better way to deal with the annoyance that is chat mods.

I could make it show Held time instead of Captured time, only reason it doesn't is lazyness mainly, and if you have a suggestion may as well give it never know.


What do you mean by hook into it? If another mod did it, it would probably be built to be shown outside of battlegrounds so it wouldn't work in battlegrounds, if someone wanted to rebuild the score UI that worked in a battleground and provided an easy way to add more columns, then yes I would probably add the reformat stuff.


I'll look into the errors given in a bit, but i'm currently busy on another project thats taking priority but I think people will like it.

Auto-Join Override

Is it possible to add an auto-join override capability where if the BG available dialog comes up and I click hide, then the auto-join is aborted? Right now when I click Hide, SSPVP still auto-join for me. Sometimes when I am in the middle of something important (conversation or fighting a rare monster) and I don't want to join a BG and can simply click Hide and go on.

i have the same issue as nissan. It seems to happen mostly after quickly opening and closing the map. After that error, autojoin doesn't work anymore.

BUG

Having an issue with the GUI frames being dimmed out and misaligned. There are the rare occasions that it shows up correctly, but for the most part it's always:

Also, an option to automatically leave queues for the other BGs when you join your "highest priority" would be kinda nice.
