No LUA errors, but a few strange bugs. I think I've ironed out most of them.

The Dreaded Patch Day
Most things are working, some custom fixes applied for now.
You'll need to use Prat or grab the ElvUI edited file that fixes chattweaks (which I prefer using) from my discord.
Kaliel's Tracker is currently the only thing dishing out errors but it works for the most part.

I realise it's still a work in progress but I think theres a quick win you could have which is to show holy power on all targets rather than only 'attackable' ones. I play holy pala and this is pretty much the only issue I'm having with it. Thanks again!

100% it's the default+actionbars profile for Elvui.

Correct, I actually turned off one using moveanything and then realized they aren't always the same. For now I'm just seeing how they go, and will decide what to do later about it.

That was in a update note, moved to elvui windtools and the button the turn it on/off is in the quest tracker at the top.

Use ELVUI+Actionbars (profile in elvui) or disable/delete the addon "elvui combat actionbar state".

The addon in my UI is dynamic camera. You could turn it off or delete it, or edit the presets so it's to the left. I haven't messed with it too much yet.
