That's the chat comments shortcuts why would you want to disable it as ints not intrusive. If it bothers you don't look at it.
I can tell you its in lua but the gentleman that makes the UI doesn't want people fiddling with it so I won't.
It also includes a build-in whisper helper so you never miss someone that whispers you.

im used to it now, do you know how i can make the debuffs on nameplates show a timer?

Mine has a timer on them not sure what you mean.
Also, he updated but when there is an update you have to delete the files and put it new ones. The wtf folder don't touch.

Quest tracker has a tick on the left-hand side untick it to stop auto mod.
The enemy unit frames have a build-in castbar very hard to miss when they are casting.
Not sure what you mean by big arrow on nameplates? Only one is are left and right and they are very small.
