ElvUI - RPGUI Rework v1.8 (27.06.17) (2560x1080 / 1920x1080)  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 7.3.5

ElvUI - RPGUI Rework

This is a continuation from RPGUI since I didn't quite like the complicated way it was to set it up properly.

This is almost the exact same UI only made in ElvUI and I have made it 1-Button Press Config.

To download 1920x1080 version, find it here

Installing the Interface

First you need to do is Download Elv_UI from their Website

Step 1
Backup your "Interface" and "WTF" folders
Remove the "Interface" and "WTF" Folders from your WoW Folder.
Extract the Zip File into the WoW Folder.
Step 2
Open "WTF" folder and rename the Following Folders:
"YOUR ACCOUNT NAME" - into your account name
"YOUR REALM NAME" - into your realm name
"YOUR CHARACTER NAME" - into your character name
Step 3
Start WoW and enable all Addons in the Character Select menu.
Once in-game, you will be asked to Load RPGUI profile.
Click "Yes"
That's it
The UI Works with all Classes and Specs.

Weakauras Currently Updated for:
Paladin (All Specs)
Warlock (All Specs)
Hunter (All Specs)
DemonHunter (All Specs)
Warrior (All Specs)
Death Knight (All Specs)
Shaman (All Specs)

I tried first up by pressing the new char found and when that didn't work I tried to skip elv UI install after reloading press the new char button with the same result.

Just did another clean install and everything is ok apart from the minimap it comes up on the top left corner.

Ohh ffs why did you place the minimap on top left your confusing me lol

Hehe im sorry but as i played with the UI i noticed that the map was kinda getting in the way when you are raiding, sometimes it happend to block my view when theres poop underneath my character and i was missing a bigger cooldown bar so that you can easier track when certain cooldowns are up, thats why made those changes

Can you just export your Elvui profile and let people import that?

He uses elvui to make it an easier install. As he uses other addons for his setup how would that help create the ui he wants to showcase?

I have a slight problem

Love this whole package, but I have a slight problem.

I followed all the instructions and everything went well. Then I logged in to my main and did the "click yes" to load the RPGUI. Worked perfectly.

Then I proceeded to log into all my alts, and it worked great with all of them as well...except for one alt, where I accidentally clicked on "no" instead of yes to "load the RPGUI".

Now it's not working properly and I can't see anyway to "load the RPGUI" at this point!

I tried deleting that characters directory from the WTF folder. I don't want to delete the entire WTF folder as I have made my own personal changes to get the look the way I want and deleting everything will require a lot more work all over again.

Is there a way to "load the RPGUI" if you missed that initial load?

Edit: thought I might add another little problem I am having with this RPGUI. I use another addon called Quest Completist (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/quest_completist ...that's the curseforge link because the wowinterface page for this addon hasn't been updated since 2011). Now, through this accident of not loading the RPGUI on this one character I have been able to confirm that it is RPGUI that causes my problem with Quest Completist. My problem is that I can no longer see which quests I have completed and which I have not.

Normally with Quest Completist it lists all Quests, which it still does, but quests you have completed are a different color than quests you have not completed, and quests you have completed also have a checkmark in front of them whereas quests you have not completed simply have the "!" in front. With RPGUI installed there is nothing in front either way and they are all the same color.

you could do "/reflux switch RPGUI" and it should work.

For the Quest thingy, i think that is more a problem with elvui, you could try to delete the complete interface and just try quest_completist solo, if it works, try instalin just elvui on top of that (the basic one, not my interface) and see if it works or not

This did the trick. I had to re-import my ElvUI profile after, but that's a simple easy thing. Now the UI is as it should be.

As for this part, I will test this out sometime in the next 3-4 days and get back to you to let you know what I find.

Love the UI but i have a slight issue. When i cast moonfire the time remaining display is right in the middle of my screen...lol the same type of bar that shows for my regrowth but that sits above my cast bar.

I can't find a option to move it. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Here's a screenshot
WoWScrnShot_031118_111346 by David Ashe, on Flickr

Figured it out, was weak auras, they got offset due to my ultrawide resolution...lol
