Get the name of the frames (either by using a function in MoveAnything called "FS", or with a macro), then open up MoveAnything, search for them by name, and move them around freely.

Squeekr is correct, you will need a unitframe addon to be set at the same location as the WeakAuras health bars, and then made invisible. I've already done this with the Stuf UnitFrames so if you download the UI correctly you should already have it set there.
You will either need to change the size to a specific size (that I find is too large) or it will be blurry. The only other option is to use another font. Either way, to do this you have to open up each addon configuration where you want the font changed, and use the addon's options menu to do that. For tooltip use /tiptac and locate the font options.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience! To update the UI you'll mostly just have to update each addon as normal. The only things that will mess it up is when addons or blizzard change their configurations. If they do then things can get offset, not load correctly, etc. To fix this you'll need some experience in configuring addons. It's mostly a matter of opening up the addon config (/nameofaddon config) and then finding the right options to allow you to customize it as you want.

In some cases the addon won't get updated and you'll have to find a replacement and customize that new addon, and sometimes you have to do some coding in the .lua files (something I rarely do since I don't understand it).

If you need help with anything, don't be afraid to ask for help. The forums (MMO-Champion, WowInterface, reddit) are very helpful and quick. I'll also try to answer questions but it's not a priority in my life so it could take a while.

Those textures are animated WeakAuras models. I think the addon got updated to allow for more configuration in the positioning of these models, so the old positioning is now offset. To fix this you need to open the aura and slide the Z, X, and Y sliders until you see it fit inside the square. Z controls zoom (size), X is left/right, and Y is up/down. So start with Z until you have it small enough to fit, then position it by using X and Y, as well as moving around the aura itself. You can also enter values that are larger or smaller than the sliding allows you to.

My UIs are only configured for a 1920x1080 resolution so I'm guessing that's why it's messed up.

If you want to move the white parts, open up /weakauras and go into the aura group "Global" and then move each aura until they fit around the minimap. You could also move the entire group at once but I'm not sure if I have something somewhere else in the UI that will get offset if you do so.

If you want to move the minimap instead, you'll need to open up the lua file from QuseMap and then enter a different value for the X axis. I don't think it's possible to edit the Y axis in this addon, for whatever reason.

Extract the BirgMedia folder from the AddOns folder. You will also need the WeakAuras addon (as well as Raven if you want the cooldowns, buffs, and debuffs.)

You can find import strings for the WeakAuras on my pastebin.com/u/birg under "Legion Druid UI". This doesn't include Raven (cooldowns).

You can also extract the WeakAuras and Raven files from the WTF > Account >AccountName > SavedVariables folder and put them in the corresponding folder in your current WTF folder. This will replace your current configurations completely, so back up your current files before you do this.
