Isn't that odd? I have minimal problems with Alts either but my main is all jacked up lol. It'll get better - give it time. The "new guy" is nice enough to use his time to try to help everyone out but he just got on the scene like a day ago.

I also deleted all savedvariables to no avail. I think it just needs work on some classes or specs more than others. I do find it odd my monk is in a bad way, yet brand new demon hunter works perfectly more or less. /boggle

Looks like you have the same issue with the rep bar not showing up eh? Among other things. I have issues with the resolve bar just hanging out - the rep data dock won't show up or breaks the rest of them when its enabled (try disabling yours for now, not ideal but that's how I get the rest of mine to show) and my debuff auras/bars move on their own, among other things.

Your not alone >.<

Track-o-matic it seems you have figured out already and fight-o-matic is some options he added in via requests/feedback from me for pvp. Are the popups you are talking about not just the comic popups that can be disabled via the options menu? Fight-O-Matic had a few options i.e enemy scanner/reporter,stats,etc. Mung will show up soon. I have a feeling in my gut hehe.

any update would be good

With raids opening up tomorrow, I need to get my UI in order. I just want to know one way or the other if development will continue on SVUI.

anyone know if svui is "supposed" to allow you to mvoe the "talking head" ?

i have an addon installed to do so after I couldnt with svui but being the minimilist that I am, if svui is supposed to have this functionality and it gets "fixed" id prefer to use it than an extra addon obviously.

fwiw the two options in there do nada. tried all combinations between both disabled and both enabled and either enabled.

gps only enabled gives you the arrows on playerframes and also the radar on your screen which id love to lose. the other option seems to put arrows on all playerframes at the same time requiring no mouseover even ie: buggy/broken.

if a way doesnt exist to distinguish - perhaps adding one would be cool

i know you have your hands full though /grateful
This isn't a bug or a misfeature...

You need to bind a key to toggle the Doodad (I kid you not, that's what Mung named it in the code :>) on and off.

In keybindings, go to Addons and scroll down to the "SuperVillain UI: Track-O-Matic" entry and set a keybinding for "Toggle Tracking Device"

You can set it on and off as you please.

Also, the frame should be movable so you can move it somewhere less intrusive.

Regards

joev
thanks bud! looks like the frame itself is tied in with the actionbarbutton frame as thats exactly wehre it pops up (and ive relocated it previously) so either A) its hella coincidence or B) its going to move my action bar button as well (when i do a /sv move)

either way, if you can toggle it via keybinds that solves that. didnt even think to check there, usually the disable stuff is in the svui interface.

thank yoU!

joev

a few minor things (you may have addressed alreayd, wont know till i install this in about 10 seconds)

tokens. nothing from legion is on the token tracker for the data dock.

as windwalker monk even with the resolve meter toggled off in settings, a black/empty resolve meter bar pops up next to my unitframe. (ww never even HAD resolve!) not sure if this happens with other specs/classes.

brewmaster monks, no stagger meter whatsoever.

lots of windows arent moveable at the moment (notably dungeon finder & interface window)

creating a 3rd chat window (i make one for loot explicitly) not only does the label not show up on it, but no matter what i have checked inside it filterwise, nothing works.

skins for bigwigs are/is broken. sometimes dont apply, when they do randomly it resizes the bigwigs bars to default from where i had/have them sized. Big nightmare. went to bigwigs devs first until i realized it was svui sknning doing it. disable svui skinning, problem solved. unfortunately im one for uniformity :P for now ive been skinning it manually w/ svui fonts/bars in the bigwigs interface but im just guessing at what kind of bars svui uses for it by default etc.

loot frames set to grow down, yet they grow up

show player experience/reputation on powerbar mouseover not working/mousing over powerbar does nada

gear changer doesnt work & no slot for newly added 3rd spec

buff/debuff conditionals arent working properly. for example i have "only me" and "only removeable by me" checked yet they all show anyways. Also my target debuffs (have set to bars fwiw) seem to randomly move down from where I have them set and end up growing over my hotbars instead of ending above them. Also have them set to show up to 6 and the lmit doesnt work either.

in the name of being thorough, also some of the font size changes arent working.

P.S. again thank you SOOOOO much (will also try to put this over on github when i have a sec)

P.S.S. gonna isntall your version first then check bugcatcher and post those as well.

You're welcome. Several updates today to fix bugs I've seen reported here and on curse. Suggest tracking the GitHub repo for changes.

You're welcome... I'm just fixing small things till Mung gets back!

In answer to your question: I don't believe so... I've not had to do so on any of my chars but YMMV.
