also any time i get a loading screen besides logging in i get disconnected

I always consider Github as the pencil version of the comic book -- a draft that has some panels that might not make it to the shiny, colored, final version here.

Someone should mention that it appears an effort is being made to correct some of the issues being mentioned in this thread, so to answer the other guy's question below if GitHub is more recent, it is. Can confirm a few things have been fixed already.

I just wanted to chime in that I've had some of the issues described in this thread too (quest panes and loading times among others). I had stepped away from WoW for a few weeks since my wife's laptop croaked and she's been tolerating a lot of the oddities with this UI in the meantime. So to be fair, just because a handful of people aren't experiencing the same issues, doesn't mean they don't exist. When she mentioned finding these issues in this thread, I figured I'd sign up here and concur with some of the complaints. Yes, fanbois, I've isolated my loading times to SVUI as well.

Joev reached out to me on Curse a few weeks ago when I expressed my frustrations with the current state of this addon and it deeply saddens me to see that these issues continue to persist. If not for my wife clinging to this addon for dear life, I'd have moved on too.

I can move it. Try this... Call Henchman, Show Me All Options, Move Frames. You can also type /sv move. I hope that helps!

Is this the best one to get? i mean ap bar, rep bar, etc all good?
i mean is it an update of the one i just dwnld from github ?

First off, you do realize this isn't a paid job for these fellows, right? They do this out of the goodness of their hearts and a love for the game. Simmer down a tad.
Second, yesterday was patch day. There are always issues on patch day. Simmer down a tad.
Third, the newest update is working 98% fine for me. Check your other addons to look for conflicts.

Hey now.... I'm on 7.1.0.22908 and SVUI 1.3.6 (fresh install) and no problems.

A good way to narrow down the causes of problems is to do a fresh install and add/activate your other addons one by one to find out what's causing the glitches. I suspect it's not an SVUI addon that's not yet updated for 7.1. If not, just be patient. Problems usually occur during patch week. Nothing wrong with the default UI in the meantime.

EDIT:
I see what you mean re: quest pane. A temporary fix is to go to Skins then under Individual Mods, untick Quest Frame.

Wtf has happened to this addon? Glaring bugs such as the glitches with the quest pane or quest tracking dock and now insta-hang when trying to access any Legion zones with SVUI enabled.

This has gone from being a promising UI, to abandonware, to bloatware.

Time to move on.
