    about action bars, you can edit "FreeUI\scripts\ab_layout.lua"
    buttonWidth = 28,
    buttonHeight = 28,
    28 means button size
    maybe I will add more options when I get time

    Just open the UI configuration /freeui and go to the "General"-tab. There is an option "Flash cursor", just uncheck and reload UI.

    UI scale
    Thanks very much for the update, I very much like the edits you made.

    However my interface is very very small, I was wondering if the UI can be scaled up? Maybe some LUA string to enable it? I tried pushing it up on the game options but doesn't seem to affect the UI.

    edit: im playing on a 4k monitor. I have used freeUI in the past and it has worked fine.
    edit 2 : fixed it - there's an option to disable scaling UI in /freeUI
