ioNz UI V1
I've stopped working on Uzumaki UI and Tekagi UI, and will focus on keeping this one up to date.
ioNz UI follows the concept of my previous UI's but comes as a smaller download and uses less system memory to run.
This version of the UI is designed for 1920*1080 resolution and has separate layouts for tanks, healers and DPS.
Installation
1. Backup your existing WTF and Interface folders.
2. Download ioNzUI
3. Extract the archive into your World of Warcraft directory.
4. Open up the WTF folder and open the folder named Account
5. Rename "USERNAME" to your WoW username - this must all be in capital letters.
6. Once you've renamed that folder, open it.
7. Rename the folder "Realm" to the name of the realm that you play on. Then open the folder.
8. Rename the folder "Character" to the name of the character that you play on.
9. Open the game, and make sure you enable load out of date addons. Then enter the game.
10. Type:
(For Grey Border)
/reflux switch ioNzUItank (if you're a tank)
/reflux switch ioNzUIdps (if you're a DPS)
/reflux switch ioNzUIhealer (if you're a healer)
(For Shadow Border)
/reflux switch ioNzUItankshadow (if you're a tank)
/reflux switch ioNzUIdpsshadow (if you're a DPS)
/reflux switch ioNzUIhealershadow (if you're a healer)
My Macros Are Missing
There are 2 types of macros that WoW automatically saves; Account Wide Macros and Character Specific Macros. They are stored in 2 folders.
To restore your account-wide macros:
1. Go to the backup you made of your WTF folder, open Account folder and then open the folder that has the same name as your user name.
2. In this folder you will see 'macros-cache.old' and 'macros-cache.txt' - you need to copy these files into the same place in the ioNzUI WTF directory, that you've just installed.
To restore your character specific macros:
Go to your WTF backup that you made earlier. Inside each character directory (WoWDir/Account/Username/Realm/...) you will find macros-cache.old and macros-cache.txt. You need to copy these over for each character.
Where are my WeakAuras?
Your WeakAuras are stored in WeakAuras.lua in your WTF/Account/USERNAME directory that you backed up earlier. Make sure you exit WoW and copy it to the same place in ioNz UI.
