Hey all this is Towelliee on Stormrage

My UI is a mix of LUI http://www.wowlui.com and other addons. But mainly credit goes out to Loui. I been using LUI since it came out and I have never looked back. As much as I tried to see if there was something better out there, there never was(list of addons in this pack at the bottom).

Towelliee's UI Installer updated with a fix to the elusive Additional Toon install bug

Never Click:

**The Towelliee's UI Installer **

On Windows 8/10 if using default wow install path(c:\program files...), Windows will block unzipping directly to the WoW folder.
To avoid issues, unzip to your desktop then copy/move the content to your wow folder.

For Mac instructions scroll to the bottom!!!

You can now post UI question's on Towelliee's UI Forum thread.

Installer/Game Instructions

Step 1 : MOVE the INTERFACE/FONTS folder out of the WoW folder. We need the WoW folder to not have the 2 folders inside.
Step 2 : Copy the Contents of the Zip file into the WoW folder (overwrite if asked).
Step 3 : Download the toon setup tool from HERE and put the exe file in your wow folder(where wow.exe is).
Step 4 : run Towelliee.exe (the Toon setup installer) from your wow folder, and select the appropriate install type, for initial install it is recommended to do a Clean Install (some installer info below).
Step 5 : Once you're in game just click that HAMMERS UP!!! button.
Step 6 : Quit the game completely before doing additional Toon setup.

If you are having issues getting your toon setup run the toon installer as admin
(right click towelliee.exe -> run as administrator)

The ui install instruction video on youtube is obsolete, do not use it as instructions to install the current UI verions

Installer Info

you have 3 install types to choose from, press the ? button for details about them.

the installer will detect if it's in the correct location, if it's not you will get errors when trying to choose account

When in the correct location you will be able to choose the account/server/toon from a list of previously played characters on this wow installation
(if a toon is not listed, log on to it, then exit the game)

What do you do if you're on a Mac?

The old manual method:

1st thing backup your <wow folder>\WTF\Account folder.

Manually copy and rename folders from <wow folder>\WTF\LUI-Towelliee\Setup.
Copy ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL to <wow folder>\WTF\Account and rename it to your Account name (look what the name was in the Account folder back up you made).
Inside the account folder rename "SERVER NAME HERE" to your server's name.
Inside the server folder rename "TOON NAME HERE" to your toon's name.

Login to your toon and hit that Hammers Up! button

For any additional toon on the same server just copy the "TOON NAME HERE" folder from "<wow folder>\WTF\LUI-Towelliee\Setup\ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL\SERVER NAME HERE" to the WTF\Account\<Account name>\<Server> and rename it to the toon's name.

For toon on diffarent server on same account copy the "SERVER NAME HERE" folder from "<wow folder>\WTF\LUI-Towelliee\Setup\ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL"
and rename "SERVER NAME HERE" to your other server, and inside that rename the "TOON NAME HERE" to your toon's name.

For a toon on diffarent account just do the entire procedure on top.

When i try to swim for a quest, my player just stays at the top of the screen and i cant click anything. When i remove all addons and then play, the swimming animation is fine. What can i do to make the addon work while swimming? Thanks, Clown

Lmfaowut A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 1 Uploads: 0	Crash I downloaded this UI, did what was said, and got it to work perfectly. Then I switch computers and all goes to hell. Basicelly, whenever I use AN addon that is with this version of LUI or LUI itself, the game crashes at 100% of the loading screen on some more major characters that are in more major places (Example: an 85 in Stormwind). I could however log in on minor characters like a 32 mage or a 17 paladin. I am running this on a Macbook Pro and on an EU server. If anyone has a solution, please tell me. Thank you in advance.

Taobyby2003 A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 3 Uploads: 0	Solving some Problems Hi there I use this Add On Compilation for 2 days now and since I had some of the problems some of you described, I want to make a quick guide for those though not all of my solutions may work for everyone but since they worked for me I guess there could be 1 or 2 other ppl outhere who could use it too. First Problem: "Everytime I push 'M' to open the world map the interface blends out." Small Solution: See, if you installed an AddOn like 'Mapster' or 'Atlas' I did and had the same problem. After I uninstalled it, the world map worked as intended it seems it has something to do with LUI because before I used this compilation it worked, but since Map Add Ons are not needed that much anymore, it would be best to go without one untill it´s working again. -> No Reason not to use such a nice Add On Compilation like this one. Second Problem: "When I launch WOW it starts to download again" Solution: That´s most likly because you are from another region than Towelliee. He´s from the US and as such his game uses the region 'enUS'. Because of this everytime you launch wow it will start to download the english language pack. Go to your 'wtf' folder and open 'config.wtf" the first or second line should read 'SET locale "enUS" ' change it to your appropriate location e.g. for germany it would be "deDE", the first 2 letters are for the language and the last 2 are for the region. If you don´t know what your exact region is take a look at your backup WTF Folder, at least I hope you made a backup . Now it should work as intended no additional download required. Third Problem: "My Frames are screwed." Solution: Don´t forget to load all profiles and read the desciption it´s not Toweliee - Kiljadeen with every add on, though most of them. And after you did, reload the UI or better restart the whole game. Now it should look as intended, legen wait for it dary. Forth Problem: "My keyboard changes to qwerty instead my ****" Solution: Take a look at the solution for the second Problem it´s most likly the same. If not go into the game push windows button and take a look in the bottom right corner there should be the region which is set at the moment if it´s not the region it should be, change it. I hope I could help some of you if you have another question feel free to ask. If you find something wrong or can explain more to it feel free to do so, I want to learn more and more, every day. The file I have downloaded from wow interface doesn't have that "update" Also, everything it's overlapping on my screen. Recount it's overlapping grid at the bottom right corner, the toon icon that you use witch is ShadowedUnitFrames it's overlapping with the one from LUI etc. Any ideas how I can fix this?

(it's only in game, and i don't know way it happens) i cant find my guildcalender, and i really need it, to see when the next raid is and to signe me in. i have this button(see on screen) and i can't click on it. so for what is it? can i turn that off? http://imageshack.us/f/143/luibutton.jpg/ i have some trouble with my eyes, so the text in the channels are hard to read for me. if i right click on the channel and i put the font size on 16pt instead of 14pt, then i have no more reading problems. but every time i relog the font size is back to 14pt. i already tried to save the profile, but the problem stays the same.. i hope some one can help me, with these little problems, because i really like this UI anyhow thanks from out belgium

I got some problemes with these three addons, i try to use them The first probleme is with Recount and Omen. Recount looks fine in the frame, but it dosent show me the dps or anything. Nothing. I got the exactly same probleme with omen. But this time its the tread. It looks fine but dose'nt show me anything. The last probleme is with Vohdu. When i try to set the vohdu as the raid addon into the setting under LUI, and reload my UI nothing happends. Anyone got the same probleme as me or know the answer pls tell me. Zarone
