bubuUI

1920x1200 and 1920x1080

I use a 24" monitor with a 1920x1200 resolution. For now, I have decided to also support a 1920x1080 resolution. Whether I'm going to continue supporting both depends on how time consuming it will be.

I got rid of all addons that are not visible in the UI, like my trade skill addons or Auctioneer, to simplify the installation and setup of the package.

Credits go to CaithUI on which layout my UI is based on and which got me started fiddling around two years ago, to all other addon authors and Dukee, whom I bombarded with screenshots.
Not to forget, big, big thanks to Mani!

Many thanks to Beliablue for providing a 1680x1050 Resolution pack. Please click here if you want to use her resolution. Brilliant work, Belia!

Note:

The icons you see on the party image are cooldowns I set up with Power Auras and are class specific icons I use on my Shadow Priest. That's why I have not included Power Auras in my UI pack. It's useless for any other class.

Installation Guide

1. Make a backup of your Interface, texture and WTF folders, as for your macros.
2. Download and unzip the UI package into a new folder.
3. Open the WTF of your UI package and change the folders ACCOUNTNAME (has to be in caps), your servername, your charactername
4. Select the WTF folder for your resolution and copy and overwrite the texture, fonts, WTF and Interface folders into your WoW copy. Re-name it to WTF, once you are done

************************************************************************

5. After starting WoW, make sure every addon is enabled
6. Set your resolution in Blizzard's video settings
7. For UIscaling type or paste in chat the following:
/console useUiScale 1
/console uiscale 0.75999999046326

************************************************************************

8. Type into your chat /reflux switch bubuUI OR type /reflux switch bubu1080UI if you are using the 1920x1080 resolution.

Ah, so THAT was the Pitbull totem bar. Alright. The other one someone was mentioning was the BT one. Interesting

As for Recount, I redownloaded the package and it wasn't in the Interface/Addons anywhere, had to download it myself. Weird, maybe just something going on on my end.

Either way, thanks for the quick response and good work on the UI

Unsure what these are, also as far as I can tell....there's no Recount in the UI package.

Also, before someone was asking how to turn off the totembar, it's not part of pitbull, it's part of bartender.
Hello Talehon,

what you marked there is PitBull's totem bars. Got to /pb > modules and then disable them if you're using Bartenders totem bar.

Recount is most definitely in the package. Please type /recount config and or look into Addon Control Panel and look if recount has been enabled.

Well, after resizing the UI with the / command, everything appeared to be working. Just noticed though that the cooldown bar is slide to the right now, that's a Forte part isn't it?

*Update*
fixed this as well, just had to unlock in Forte to drag it back into line. If I notice anything else I'll say something. However, that appears to be the last one for now.

Also, the casting bar itself has shifted to the left slightly, it is now inside the right 2 columns of buttons

cancel the problem if you just redo the /console uiscale 0.75999999046326 it will set everything right again. Thanks again for making such a wonderful UI!

That's the swingtimer of Quartz. Just go into /quartz and disable 'Swing'. There's also one of the Quartz timers enabled.

Hello Roguegain,

I'm guessing you mean additional bars below the player and target frames.

Unlock the pb unitframes, the quartz cast bars and the Fortex cooldown timer bar. Move them all up.
Then go to kgPanels, /kgpanels config > active panels. Unlock the panel called 'Buttons'. At the same unlock the Bartender bars, attach the additional bars to the already existing ones. Now resize the 'Button' panel around the action bars.

Hope this helps,
bu

Hello,

thanks for the kind words

Yeah, I'm only using nibPointDisplay for my Shadow Orbs. I found it to be the most efficient addon to display them, although I know of people who use Power Auras. It's personal preference I guess.

I believe that they should show through Pitbull on the unitframe as well.
