oUF_mono
About:
oUF_mono is a layout for oUF 1.5.* by haste.
It was designed for my personal needs as hybrid class, so it should be comfy for either damage dealers, healers or even tanks.
This layout was made using zork's structure template from oUF_Simple and the raid module was inspired by Freebaser's oUF_Freebgrid.
This layout contains some basic configuration options via editing cfg.lua. However if you want to modify this layout beyond those settings you're going to need some lua knowledge and you got to read through oUF documentation. You may also find some answers and help in the oUF sub-forum on this website. Keep in mind that I will not modify this layout for you.

check \raid\core_raid.lua lines 83-106 you need to adjust how the frames stick to each other: Code:
group:SetPoint("TOPLEFT", raid[i-1], "BOTTOMLEFT", 0, -cfg.spacing) |

AND one more thing: I've been trying to figure it out and maybe the answer is right in front of me but I don't see it: How can I change the raid frames growth to Up, instead of down? (So new groups go up, not down. Group 1 at the bottom, group 2 on top of that, so on and so fourth...)

This was the error I posted though, I'll just copy/paste it without the code tags. I've been using your unit frames now for a week, and I have to say they're truly amazing and very sleek looking. Noticed a few issues with the raid frames though. First of all, the power bar color seems inverted when you enable power bars. And it seems the raid frames have problems updating properly when people enter vehicles; was in a ToC5 heroic earlier today and the party frames updates with vehicle info/etc properly, but the raid frames left 2 people in between (Didn't register them as being in vehicles, and health wouldn't update/etc).

I know some people are feature junkies, and they need to monitor ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, but I'm just trying to be reasonable here. I mean, really, in small groups or even on yourself, you gotta realize for how much will your healing spell heal without displaying that graphically or numerically. Having said that I completely understand why some people want to use healcomm for raid frames and it's not to monitor your own heals, it's there to monitor other healers heals (thats why it was called healCOMM). And now tell me last time when you've been in a party with more than 1 healer... well except arenas maybe, but I honestly doubt you'd have time to worry about efficient healing in arenas. My raid frames support healcomm, but I still see no reason why my party frames should to.

Well so far the pets are working fine. i did get a error when someone joined the party. something about not being able to make a pet frame for them. but im going to look over this. when i log back in. and send you the erros if happens again,
i did see that you put the target icons behind the targets name now. maybe better if along the top. out the way of names. then there was this. i did say about it last week. asking what it was. as i cant work it out. as you can see this strange line next to the party members lfd icon. it only shows up when targeted. |
