Hey there!
If you’re like me, you like keeping your gold across a server nice and tidy in the largest chunks possible.
But when you got 1000g here 11k there, it becomes very annoying, at least to me it does.
That is why I created McDuck. It’ll remember how much gold you want to keep in either a Percentage ( 0 -100% ) or a Static amount ( e.g. 12g 34s 56c ) then all you need to do it press the brand new Deposit button on the send mail interface above the default cancel button and it’ll fill in the mail for you factoring in which option ( percentage or static ) and how much postage will be. Then all you have to do is hit send and confirm, easy.
There are even small buttons above the Deposit button to open the options and profile windows.
I’ve included the ability to set the various options via chat command if that’s how you like to do things or want to add them to a macro.
The follow opens up the Config window where you set your bank alt’s name, and how much to keep using whatever method you choose.
/md
/mcduck
New in 1.15 I’ve added the ability to set profiles using Ace3’s wonderful profiling interface, to open this type either of the following commands.
/mdp
/mcduckprofiles
Additionally you can type any of the following into the chat line or a macro to change the various settings
-- To set the Bank Alt to send your gold to
/md banker "Name Here"
-- To set the % of gold to keep
/md percentGold "number 1-100 here"
-- To set static amount of each coin type
/md staticGold "number"
/md staticSilver "number"
/md staticCopper "number"
-- to set which method to use ( static or percent )
/md useChoice "1-PERCENT, or 2-STATIC"
Thank you for downloading and installing McDuck if you choose to.
Have fun.
RoadMap – Features I’d like to add eventually
• A log on either the bank alt or any character of how much gold you transfer over time, but only gold sent and received through McDuck and not from auctions, other players, etc…
• More 90’s cartoon references
