Installation :

- Open the XoL_UI.rar and extract the including folders to your WoW folder

Did you rename the folders in your WTF folder ?

WoW\WTF\YOURACCOUNTNAME\YOURSERVER\YOURCHARNAME

if u didnt then u should maybe read the config...

Yes I did. I know all of that stuff. Its just in game all i get is a bunch of crap aaaaal combined in the middle.

then i got no idea whats going wrong. i dl't the interface from this page and tried it - it worked.

But one thing that changed when I downloaded your updated version. The default Blizzard damage text (the white/yellow damage that appears over a mob) is gone now. Is there something in your UI that's disabling that? 'Cause that's something that I want to remain intact whenever using a custom UI. TL;DR MSBT works fine, but the default Blizzard damage text is gone and I'd like to know how to enable it again.

uhm i hope i get it right that u've been using MSBT and now want to re enable BLizz's Combat Text..

if i get u right then u have to open the interface menu go to the tab combat text and enable the text. I think i had the same problem after disabling MSBT cause MSBT automaticly turns Blizz's Combat Log off.

If your problem isn't fixed, tell me again

Mmh yeah, that's the thing I forgot to mention. I go into Interface > Combat Text and check the enable Target Damage, but I still can't see the Blizzard default damage text. I've tried disabling MSBT, checking the box again, and restarting the game and still haven't had any success.

it looks like MSBT is overwriting Blizz's Combat Text.. Did u try to disable MSBT ?

Cause all the screens include MSBT running. IF MSBT is Running there is never a COmbat Text from Blizz..

Even after disabling the addon via the AddOns list in the character select screen, Blizzard's default combat text won't appear. I'm thinking there's something else disabling it.

Right now, I turned off MSBT from the addons list, and now I don't have any combat text at all, even though I have the Target Damage box checked under Combat Text in Interface.
