Yes, I did not notice since I use the autogreed module which greeds all blue
items anyway

This is a version check, zzLib is still in development. When it's done you'll
find a switch to disable communication.

The version check should tell you if there is another user in your guild running a new version of the addon.

But it should be only one very small packet sent at login when its more there is a bug I need to find
