The package will no longer be updated.
The textures used for this UI are aviable in xpDeluxe package
One day, when I rolled a druid healer and entered my first raid with her, I have discovered, that Blizzard UI is not helping much my performance. Ever sinse I worked on trying to move things out of my way and, finally, ended with a panel UI.
I tried a couple graphical designs, tried to draw my own graphics but sense of simplicity took over and this is the result.
I hope someone find this usefull for themselves and it will save your time building your own UI from a scrach.
Purposes
I like to say shortly about what I tried to achive in my interface.
I am more or less a clicker. I like all my spells and abilities to be visible or, at least, at ease access. Also, as a raider I wish every single bit of needed information to be clear and noticable while having a clear viewport and minimum of not related graphics. What I have achieved with this UI satisfies me fully in all my demands.
Core2. Graphics for Sunn Art
These addons are basic of the UI. You must have for the UI to look as intendedOptional
- Bartender 4- moveable action bars that replace standard blizzard action bars.
- Button Facade - skining for action bars and buffs icons .
- ButtonFacade: Apathy - a skin for action bars that gives the icons that pretty glow and compact shape =)
- Chinchilla Minimap - moveable minimap with some additional features. Allows to move world state frame, quest traker frame, repair frame and others. Allows include or exclude default minimap icons and more.
- kgPanels (3.3.2)- additional panels. In the X-Perl skin UI used for backgrounds for buffs and player frames
- LunarSphere - Additional 10 action bars with additional features such as autosell junk.
- Minimap Button Frame - Moves all your minimap buttons into one compact box.
- Titan Panel with additional plugins - a panel on top and buttom of your screen that is customizable to show information you most need
- Satrina Buff Frames 3 - moves and customizes buff frames
- Reflux (3.3.2)- support addon that allows quick switch of multiply profiles
- Skada Damage Meter(3.3.2) - modular damage meter with various viewing modes.
- Sunn - Viewport Art - resizes viewport and places graphic into the freed space
- Tipsy - moves tooltips
- X-Perl UnitFrames - used for moving and customizing unit frames
Those addons I use myself in addition to the UI. If you dont like them, you are free to exclude them from your useage.
- Arkinventory - combines all your bags into one and allows sorting contents of your bags into categories. Also alows viewing inventory on other caracters on your account and even other realms.
- Atlas and Atlasloot Enhanced (3.3.2) - a huge database containing information about dungeons, dungeons loot, pvp rewards, professions and more
- DBM (3.3.2), also known as Deadly Boss Mods - Your friend on most deadly boss encounters, warining and informing you on most major events of combat. Raid addon.
- Easycopy - another chat addon that allows to copy everyting what appeares in your chatbox. Als places time to every posted line and allows mouse weel chat scroll.
- Icehud - highly customizeable HUD with quite a few skins.
- Mik Scrolling Battle Text - arranges your combat events into categories. Customize it on your taste - it can never be same for two different players.
- Power Auras Classic - Places a graphical or textural waring on your viewport on event you decide. Raid/pvp addon. Very customizable.
- QuestItemBar - shows all the quest items (except those you decide not to show) on additional bar.
- Spam me not - reports gold sellers automatically and cuts all their crap off from your chat.
- Tidy Plates - enhances the Blizzard nameplates, providing graphical and functional improvements.
- Vuhdo (3.3.2) - hightly cuztomizable raid unit frames. I prefer them to X-Perl for raiding. Concidered to be raid frames for healers.

I fixed the code for version 1.08 ... [...]
Special credit to X-Perl developers, and Lunar autor who's work became foundament of this UI.
And, also to all addon's autors, whos creations are used in X-Perl UI
Special thanks to a big white arse bear, without whom I would have never begun even to worry about my interface layout.

Re: Layout was crazy on widescreen
1280x1024 Normal Screen Both settings are included into the package and shall set the needed for the UI resulution automatically. Make sure you have installed all files included into WTF folder or set the resolution manually via game video setting. I would suggest you keep the original resolution unless you are really fancee move things around =) UPD: Also make sure you have been using the WTF-WS folder for widescreen. I will do more testings with WS after this weekend if you still cannot sort this out. Hope this will help you finxing your issue. Enjoy the UI! =)

Layout was crazy on widescreen
I have a 1680x1050 display. The /reflux switch X-PerlWS worked, and loaded that profile, but the display was completely misaligned in all respects.
What resolution was the WS layout designed for? How should UI scaling be set? Love your screenshots, wish I could get my screen to look like that without days of bumping things around. |

blizz mini menu
i am completely new to UI mods, until now i have used the default UI but have just installed yours and loved it, everything about it makes the game more appealing to me.
the only question, most likely a complete noob question is where is the blizz mini menu, the social / LFG / spellbook / talents buttons, cant seem to find them anywhere. have managed to work around a few of them with hotkeys, but things like the achievements button have managed to become a problem. have tried googling this and have found no help so please try as i really dont want to go back to default after seeing this great set up. |

Re: resolution
What does destroy the layout is mostly KGpanels. You could try to disable them from the most start and move around and resize following parts of UI: Minimap Player, target, pet, focus, tot etc Recount Chat Buffs After those fit your screen, enable KGpanels and fix the underlays for those frames. Good luck with that and please do not hesitate to adress your questions if you confront any difficulties.

resolution
Is there a way for me to be able to make every look as smooth with the resolution of 1280x1024 but set it on resolution of 1440x900 wide?

Lunar arrangment is a part of SunnArt texture. If you want it to be gone, easiest you could do,- I can think of - is to ovelay it with a kg panel. Create a new panel in kgpanel:you may use the "Default" one as a template, or make it yourself: X-Perl textures, Blizzard tooltip border. Use Blend at about 50-70%. Place panel over the lunar piece, resize it to cover graphics, adjust layer level. Lock panel. Another way, little more complicated, but also more clean is to edit SunnArt graphics. The textures are placed in Interface\AddOns\SunnArt directory . Open x-pearl2.tga with any more or less advanced graphic editor, that supports TGA format (PSP, Photoshop will do). Cover the Lunar arrangments with textures from Interface\AddOns\Textures and save. If you find the describtion hard to understand, please do not hesitate to ask again. I shall try to make it more clear. Hope you found good use for the space you got. Enjoy!

Rest addons work fine for me even while are not updated by authors yet, so long you keep Load outdated addons and Disable LUA errors cheked. I am playing with this UI, and it works, yes.

Re: reflux bug
- You have installed UI on a character, like copied interface folder, WTF folder, and renamed all the YOUR_WHATEVER folders for your account, realm and characher names, You logged character you installed UI for and it all worked. - You log the character with X-Perl ui out and... erm, log another character right away? If so - You have forgot that you need X-Perl Skin UI setting placed for the second character too. Thus it is so. If you want UI work on all characters on your realm Installation will look like this:
Now if you want the UI to work on othr realms, you shall also copy settings for other realms. And same for other accounts. Try this and tell me if you still cannot run UI on multiply characters. I will look into problem deeper.
