• This project has merged with DHUD4 where I am continuing to work on textures with Arcanefoam.

This is Arcanefoam's DHUD3 which originated from Drathal's Hud. I always loved HUDs, but hate the bars. Back in TBC I merged Phaytal's bars with DHUD, and now I've done the same type of thing for Arcane's.

All I've done here is replace the vanilla bars with my own bars as well as the icons for "Combo/Stack/Rune" Points (Rogue, Druid, Warrior, and DK <3).

This addon is maintained regularly on wowace and I really love it. My fan updates will mirror Arcane's versions after I test them in-game, as well as any graphics tweaks of my own.

Profile Installation (Optional for layout in the pics)

Drag and drop the DHUD3.lua into your general Saved Variables (World of Warcraft \WTF \Account \YOURACCOUNTNAME \SavedVariables).

This "Default" profile has many features disabled but they can easily be re-enabled (ie borders, click through bars, auras, target and targetoftarget name, combat icon, resting icon, etc..). The outer bars are set to track threat.

Then just put the important stuff to the top and the unimportant one to the bottom. Only thing I would like is to be able to move the HUD down just a little, so its around my character a little better, and maybe to have it click through. It's not that important considering I don't play just my DK. :]

I believe I saw some options for "click through" but I think it was related to the auras module which I have disabled since this is tracked through SBF in my UI. The targeting circle will not show up if hovering over say, the % texts nor the casting texts. I think there are also hidden backgrounds directly above SexyMap where GhostRecon is positioned as well as RangeDisplay (if you're using my UI). I would suggest checking these out when the servers are back up and either changing their locations or possibly try some different camera angles.

I know there is an option to change the x value of the bars, but not sure if there is one for y.

I'll post again today if I find more detailed solutions when the servers go live again.

Appreciate that. The bars can be scaled and moved further apart from center. This will affect the font and the Abilities and Auras which can also be scaled independently. As far as moving the text lower than the bars, Madcat's version of DHUD available here had that, but since I switched to Arcanefoam's, I haven't kept up on the other version.

Renaitre DHUD3 is just a graphics modification, but for technical issues like this or features requests, I would point you towards the programming author at wowace.com.

hmm, from the picture I can't see the HUD, but I do see the your runes which leads me to believe that possibly DHUD3 isn't enabled.. By default, the HUD is set to be faded out until you target a mob, then has configurable settings to adjust the fade in combat, ooc, resting, regenning, etc.

I downloaded and unzipped the file, and nothing seems out of the ordinary. No saved variables are included with this as it's just a cosmetic alteration.

I'm gonna have to take the standard IT position and ask, "Please try to download and reinstall into your Interface/Addons file of your WoW folder and be sure to enable the addon at your character screen and enable out of date addons" just in case.
