QuestGuru is a Quest Log Enhancer.
If you are looking for the "Classic" version of QuestGuru click QuestGuru_Classic
I have split off QuestGuru and QuestGuru Sounds into two separate addons that don't rely on each other so that the community that really missed the sounds can have them with me delaying them because of the qork being done on QuestGuru. I hope this makes at least some people happy.
You can click > QuestGuru Sounds
Note: If you like this addon, please "Like it" on Curse.com.
All Donations support me and I thank you in advance for it.

Quest Guru, only quest sound progress and complete?
A request, you could just put the Sound Quest Progress/Complete without the additional quest tracker and others.
I like to use this addon by the sound system of quest, one that works without errors (at least of those tested) It would be possible to do this? |

Has this addon been abandoned?
I don't know how to code well enough to take it over , but if it has been abandoned , could the author please let the community know so that someone else might take over maintenance?

Still having issues with it since this last patch
I'll have quests set to track, but as soon as I enter combat , the quest tracker will close * whether I have set it to close during combat or not) , and all quests will be reset to being untracked. So after every combat , I have to open the quest tracker and reselect the quests to track again.
And there will be no errors thrown. Bugsack doesn't catch anything for it either.

I'm seeing something wierd too:
Achievement tracker. If it's open, and you're tracking one, entering combat breaks it and you get 10x QuestGuru_Tracker-1.5.14-50001\QGT_Achievements.lua:622: attempt to perform arithmetic on local "j" (a nil value) QuestGuru_Tracker-1.5.14-50001\QGT_Achievements.lua:622: in function "QGT_AchievementWatch_Update" QuestGuru_Tracker\QuestGuru_Tracker-1.5.14-50001.lua:533: in function <QuestGuru_Tracker\QuestGuru_Tracker.lua:512> <in C code> FrameXML\WatchFrame.lua:340: in function <FrameXML\WatchFrame.lua:282> Reloading restores the operation, but combat breaks it again. Help

5.3 has broken something.
5.3 patched in today and QuestGuru Tracker no longer works. It doesn't throw an error or anything, it just has the 'title bar' and doesn't display anything. Here's hoping someone is willing to fix it. I'm going to try out Who Framed Watcher Wabbit http://www.wowinterface.com/download...o.php?id=15780 in the meantime, but still keeping an eye out in case QG ever revives itself : ]
ETA - Didn't really like the Watcher Wabbit one, all it did was allow resizing and a clunky (effective but fiddly) way of repositioning the Tracker ui element. I much prefer QG! Thanks so much for updating it!

I'm getting an error as soon as I log in after updating to 5.3. I posting this in hopes that the addon is still being supported or someone else picks it up to fix.

New Update for MoP Escalation 5.3
I updated the TOC for the Expansion.
I fixed the bug that caused it to blow up. I haven't extensively tested it yet, but it's not blowing up for me currently. **AND MOST IMPORTANT** I added the updates to the Tracker that CMTitan provided that made the tracker work a bit better with Scenarios. To all those who've been concerned about my invisibility I thank you. I have been dealing with a difficult situation since about the middle of last year that has severely cramped my time and my energy. Things are getting better, but it's still slow. Thanks to all of you, -g |

First, let me say thankyou for your addon, I have enjoyed it for several years and a big thanks for the scenario fix! I hated activating bliz's quest tracker when going into scenario's.
The addon called Pet Tracker adds some info to the bottom of the bliz quest tracker about pets you have found in the zone (more specifically it is tied to the zone you have the map open for if it is different than your current zone). Is there a way for that info to be attached to QG Tracker? and maybe more generic of a question, anything that gets added to the bliz quest tracker.? I still wish there was a more obvious popup type thing for the self turn in quests, even if it was let me set the color of the bar that shows that it is a complete quest. I appreciate that support was added for that new (in Cata) feature, but I think it could be more useful. |

Getting the same error as reported below. For me it seems to happen most when using portals / hearthstones etc while having achievements tracked.

The tracker seems to be acting up the past few days - no idea if this has been an issue for longer, but I just happened to notice it now that I'm actively tracking achievements again.
The following happens: I add an achievement to my tracker (it happened with the Pandaria bonfire and the Scenaturday one). It goes okay for a while, I afk a few times, I do some scenarios and Ahune, and then I notice that the A is no longer visible in my tracker. I check my achievement window, and all achievements I had been tracking (including a few old ones that were already in the list, such as the /love for critters) are unchecked. So I re-add the achievement I wanted to check up on. The A appears again in the tracker, and I click it. The tracker goes *poof* and I can't get it back unless I relog. Any idea what this is and, most importantly of course, if it can be fixed?
