SBF 3.2 Beta  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 3.2.3
by: Satrina, father0fnine

SBF has a maintainer!
I have to say, I am amazed by the number of people who just kept plugging along. It makes me feel bad that I do not have the time to keep working on this myself - you guys are all awesome! The good news is that a new maintainer has been found. Meet father0fnine, who is taking over SBF. I'm sure you'll all show him as much love as you showed me all these years

3.2.3
+ When clicking off buffs, the one you meant to dismiss should be dismissed
+ ButtonFacade backgrounds and gloss should be hidden/shown correctly now
- Names still do not show in interactive frames
- Sorting for interactive frames is not yet implemented

3.2.2
Fix two errors on load/zone

3.2.1
Mostly cosmetic fixes
Spell tab should be happy now

Damn!!
My favorite buff mod of all time. You and it will be sorely missed. But thank you for making a mod that made my WoW life sooo much better.

Good luck out there in cyber land.

Thanks for the time you put into this Satrina. This buff mod was and is above and beyond anything else I've ever used. Good luck to you.

Honestly, I would love to keep working on SBF to implement the stuff I want to - it's really fun to work on this code, and nice to know that so many people use and appreciate it. Even so, honesty compels me to admit that even though I completley understand the need for the changes to clicking off buffs, I hate fighting against the mechanism they chose to implement to do so. That has certainly sapped a lot of desire to work on SBF. Far more than that, though, given the other demands on my time these days, and without actually playing the game, it's really hard to justify allocating time to it (and paying the costs of keeping the SBF site running.)

And so, this is my goodbye to all of you. It's been a heck of a ride since 2005, and I am very proud of how far SBF has come. As a whole, you're the best bunch of users I could have hoped for. For all the idiotic questions I got that can be answered by reading for five seconds, many of you sent me bug fixes, feature ideas, well thought-out discussion on direction for the addon, and more. Thank you!

What's to become of SBF? I would prefer not to have an "SBF Reloaded" sort of nonsense going around, but I don't much care I suppose. If anyone wants to take on official ownership of the addon, drop me a line - [email protected] - before I deactivate it after a couple of weeks.
aww man im sad to see you go. you addon is one of my favorites =\. Thanks for working on this addon aslong as you could. Have a good christmas

I am disappointed to hear that you won't be continuing the addon. SBF was my favourite buff bar addon.

I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours

If I turn off Satrina Buff Frame to do that then back its kind of dodgy (Frustrating +1point)... And the biggest frustration is that my normal buffbar is hidden (for some other addons but I wouldn't mind if SBF would work properly) so I have to hunt what silly other addon hiding the buffs just to get this stupid aura off of me.

What a stupid think seriously... :S
Badly need an update for this baby, and if Blizzard do some more stupid code change that hinders the addon I go and burn their facilities down personally.

Youre addon is the best on the "market" still!
Odd... when I set the buff frame as interactive, I have no problem with right-clicking buffs off with Satrina. I guess I must have read the info page wrong? /endsarcasm

Is there a way of been able to view debuffs on a target if they are friendly or buffs if they are a boss/mob etc. I'm sure there is way of doing it with filters, but on a hungover Sunday morning I can't seem to figure it.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
