SBF 3.2 Beta  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 3.2.3
by: Satrina, father0fnine

SBF has a maintainer!
I have to say, I am amazed by the number of people who just kept plugging along. It makes me feel bad that I do not have the time to keep working on this myself - you guys are all awesome! The good news is that a new maintainer has been found. Meet father0fnine, who is taking over SBF. I'm sure you'll all show him as much love as you showed me all these years

3.2.3
+ When clicking off buffs, the one you meant to dismiss should be dismissed
+ ButtonFacade backgrounds and gloss should be hidden/shown correctly now
- Names still do not show in interactive frames
- Sorting for interactive frames is not yet implemented

3.2.2
Fix two errors on load/zone

3.2.1
Mostly cosmetic fixes
Spell tab should be happy now

I don't know if this has been fixed or not but I tried a different buff mod temporarily that didn't seem to have a problem displaying them and allowing click-off. Since Satrina has retired from this mod we'll be waiting for a fanfix or something if anything even happens to make it work.
Hope a fandate will come soon then

As an Enhancement shaman I enabled the new option making me able to click of my buffs, but as I clicked it my buffbar for my weapons dissappeared and there is no way for me to gain it back, tried removing the interactive buffs and checking / unchecking the option for showing item enhancements etc. Basically I've turned this addon upside down to find a way to re-enable my buffbars for my weapons but it seems impossible. Anyone has a solution / fix?

Thank you

and thanks for the time you put into this addon satrina. I really hope you find a successor that can pick up where you left. Good luck out there.
u go to icons tab and theres a box for icon size =D. Also if u dont want the errors to come up just disable the lua error message popups lol..not the cleanest way but it works just fine for me lol

Scaling

Hi,

I dont know if I am totally blind or stupid but I cant find any way to change the size of the buffs.

In an earlier change I found:
Version 3.1.21
- Update for WoW 4.0
- The scale slider has finally been removed. Use the individual sizing mechanisms on the tabs, and set spacing between buffs on the layout tab
So I look in the layout tab and find no sizing mechanism
Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

and thanks for the time you put into this addon satrina. I really hope you find a successor that can pick up where you left. Good luck out there.

SBF Will Likely Continue!
I have received several responses from people asking to take ownership of SBF, so it looks like this addon will continue in some form or another. As soon as something gets finalised, I'll let you all know!

And, thank you all for your kind words - you really are all the best users ever

I, too, registered just to post my appreciation for the effort you've poured into this add-on. I would rate SBF as the most versatile, effective, powerful and easy-to-use add-on thus far for this game and I fear how my playstyle might devolve without it. So, thank you for your continued effort even after you had stopped playing and I wish you well with your future endeavors.

ps. I hope someone is able to pick up this project and continue the legacy. Pretty please?

I seriously just cried a little. SBF was always the first add-on I (re)installed after deciding to scrap a UI. Satrina, your devotion to what basically amounts to a hobby will forever be appreciated. Thank you for making my WoW experience better everyday.

Ya, kinda sucks to see SBF go, been using it for so long. As for a replacement, I've been playing around with Raven and it seems promising.
