NOTE: This UI is designed to work based on my own preferences and conditions first and foremost, which means

Resolution: 1920x1080
Situation: PvE (10/25-man Raid)
Role: Rogue/DPS

Using this package under different conditions may or may not result in a horrible looking UI and/or require additional configuration.

NOTE: If you are not using this UI for a Rogue, you should active ClassTimer and deactive ChronoBars in the Addon listing at the character screen. I have not set up ChronoBars for any class other than Rogue. You can easily set up ChronoBars by yourself if you know what to do though.

I will not include any addons that I do not use myself. Requests of this sort will be discarded.

Issues

Updating PhanxBuffs manually will most likely result in a different look than the one included in this package.
As this UI is setup for rogues in particular, there may be some power (holy power, runes etc) and/or pet issues for the other classes.
If you come across an error or issue please let me know by posting in the addon comments.

Installation notes

Backup (really; Backup! Backup! Backup! Backup!) your existing WTF and Interface folders in your WoW directory, then remove them.
Unzip/unrar DevlinUI5-r2.rar and place the containing Fonts, Interface and WTF folders directly in your WoW directory so it looks like this.
\World of Warcraft\Interface
\World of Warcraft\WTF
\World of Warcraft\Fonts
*** Remember to do the following steps for EACH account/character you want to have this addon-pack installed for ***
Open the WTF -> Account folders, and rename the "Account name" folder to your own account's name.
(example: Devlin)
Open the "Account name" folder you just renamed, and rename the "Server name" folder inside to correspond to your server's name.
(example: Outland)
Open the "Server name" folder you just renamed, and rename the "Character name" folder inside to correspond to your character's name.
(example: Devlin)
Launch the game.
When in the game, it will look like a total mess. Don't worry, it's fixed with one simple command!
Type:

/reflux switch DevlinUI

I'm glad you like the UI!

Making the UI compatible for different resolutions requires quite a lot of extra work on my end. Maybe if I get the UI up and running early on in 4.1 I might find some time to make it compatible for more resolutions. No promises though!

Lucivan A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 4 Uploads: 0	Hi Devlin, I figured out the problem with installing atlas loot and also got some other addons working, it was entirely an oversight. As for the bags issue, I found that the interface toggled off some bags in both my inventory and bank. Once I found out how to toggle them back on everything showed back up. Thanks again! Hey all and Happy Easter holidays! Hope you eat well and enjoy the company of your loved ones.

There has not been much going on on the UI front for me lately. I haven't really looked at improving or updating the package, as I simply haven't felt the need to change anything. Some addons I have updated manually - as should you too - to keep it up to date, such as Deadly Boss Mods which is updated frequently.

With 4.1 likely coming out in the next weeks, the UI will have to be updated of course. Some addons might be broken upon launch of 4.1, and I'll do my best to be as quick as possible with the update for all you guys. Some addons might be replaced, but I am not looking to change the overall look and feel of the package.

Make sure you have all bags toggled as visible in the addon. You can access your bags by pressing the bag-looking icon when you open the bank or your character's bags. I can assure you that no addon in this package removes items

This is a problem I'm having as well. It's really annoying, but I have just not done anything about it. Perhaps now is the time! A quick search over at curse.com gives me this:

I'm thinking this addon will fix the problem. If any of you guys want to try it out and report here if it works or not that would be great

If it works as intended it will be included in the upcoming releases of this UI.

Heya!

I am not aware of any problems installing additional addons to this package. I don't see anything in the package that would prevent other addons from being installed alongside it.

You install an addon by placing the addon-folder inside:

".../World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/"

The rest is up to the addon.

If by "shows up in WoW as a possible addon" you mean its colored red in the addons list at your character screen, you might have to check the "Load out-of-date addons" box at the top. If it says "Dependency missing" then some vital part of AtlasLoot is not installed. If that's not the case I would check with the author/other users of AtlasLoot to see if there is a solution to your problem.

If it works fine when you turn off Pitbull it is either Pitbull that is at fault or some other addon conflicting with it. I have personally not experienced what you described. Here are some things you could consider looking up:

Did you follow the installation notes correctly?
Have you installed some other addons along with this package that might try to do the same thing Pitbull does?

Those are the two most common things that lead to errors like these.

It's anchored by the addon Chatter. I believe you find the settings under "Edit Box Polish" in the Chatter settings if I'm not mistaken.
