Intro

A Diablo themed oUF layout for oUF 1.6.4+. This layout is part of the Roth UI compilation.

To open the orb config panel type in:

/diablo config

Moving
Bars, art and units can now be moved and locked ingame. Use the slash command "/diablo" for more and check the FAQ.
Config
You can change tons of options inside the config.lua. You can change colors, positions, scales. Enable/disable units, bars and so on.

hi, ive used this addon before, back well before wow 4.01, and have come back to it, great unit frames, but i am no longer able to get the buff auras visible in party frames. for instance, back in the day, i used to be able to see what heals i had on who and how long they had to go. Now i can only see debuffs, and i cant find anything in the config.lua to change this? Any help, or has this functionality been removed?

Hey Zork, master of all that is awesome, I noticed a slight problem when it comes to hunter pets.
After positioning the pet window where I want it using the /diablo unlock/lockunits command, whenever I tame a new pet, the unitframe resets to it's original location on screen.
/Reload and exiting the game don't seem to fix it, so I must reposition it manually again.

Small bug in an otherwise epic release.
I can't thank you enough for making this UI so customizable!

Question Color change target frame?

Is there a way to get the target frame to change color if it has been taped by another player?

is there anyway to use the same frame for your player, that the "party" units use, I don't want the Diablo style at the bottom of my UI, but would still want the Target bars, Cast bars, and Raid/party frames.

That is advanced only you need to hack my oUF layout to do it.
Each type of unit uses its own template. (Party, Focus, ToT, Target, Player)
Each unit is spawned in that template to create the look. So if you want the player to look like the party units you need to replace the player template with the party template.

ok cool, I'll give it a shot. I am assuming "In theory" I "should" be able to just cut and paste the party frame info, and overwrite the player info. (Aside from all the extra stuff like, Soul shards, and Eclipse aura..)

Also, I thought there was an option in an older release to stop your player frame from appearing when entering a vehicle, or party? .. Like "Showself" or something..

It's also very possible this post is fail 2x as I just opened my eyes, and haven't poured a pot of coffee down my gullet :P

I'll report back and let you know.

Also, I wanted to say that, it's not that I don't like the diablo player frame, it just doesn't fit my scheme. :P ..

Oh sry. The latest Roth UI already has the updated oUF_Diablo that can do that. Haven't updated this download yet.

Ok ty. O and is there a way to get just the cast bar? I really don't need the unit frames on my priest I use VuhDo, but I like the player orbs and casting bar.

Regards Orb configuration

Hey there, love the addon. I am using your other addon rBottomBarStyler to make the bottom bar since i found those configurations much easier. However i am having issues where the bottom bar from this addon still appear down the bottom so effectively i have 2 bottom bars at the bottom. Using the config i set the show art values to false to hide the bottom bar from this particular addon however the orbs remain and i can seem to find anything in the config regarding hiding the orbs? Any suggestions?

Mod Thoughts

I decided to give your mod a shot a few days ago. So far I'm enjoying it. The overall design is pretty smooth, and the options aren't too bad to customize. A GUI for customizing would definitely help and largely increase both usability and popularity of the addon though.

A few options weren't as straight forward as others, like changing the display on the orbs from say 90K health/mana to 90000. They're still easily editable, if you know to go into a different file and how to change the code.

One thing I noticed that was missing is a pvp timer. When you drop /pvp toggle, it will display a countdown timer on the icon displaying 5:00 and counting down until your flag drops. The pvp icon shows and works, however the numerical timer is missing.

Another thing that came to mind was a simple display of buffs on the party frame. Not necessarily all buffs as that would be a bit much, but buffs you can cast would be beneficial. I'm actually going to add this in myself I think, just to see who's missing a buff in groups.

I might also add an option to keep the party frame displayed while in a raid, undecided there.

Overall though, it's a pretty nice mod.

Stupid question. But, would it be possible to have the orbs turned into movable frames like the target frames? I would love having everything as smooth as the target frames. Just an option to either use orbs or not.

Other then that, you've spoiled me, I can't play without using this now. -.-

Gah, sorry, I meant if it would be possible to disable the orbs, and only use the type of frames you use for the target and target's target frame as a player frame too. :P
