Intro

A Diablo themed oUF layout for oUF 1.6.4+. This layout is part of the Roth UI compilation.
CLASS BAR PREVIEW
ORB CONFIG
To open the orb config panel type in:

/diablo config

Moving
Bars, art and units can now be moved and locked ingame. Use the slash command "/diablo" for more and check the FAQ.
Config
You can change tons of options inside the config.lua. You can change colors, positions, scales. Enable/disable units, bars and so on.

Re: where is the raidmark code?

The raidmarks are icons that get spawned inside the corresponding unit files. (raid.lua, party.lua etc.). Search for "RaidIcon"

where is the raidmark code?

been looking through every file 10 times, i know iv found it in the past but cant for the life of me find it again. the raidmark code, i want to up the strata and change the position slightly, on target frame. thanks.

So I just downloaded this UI and I love it, but I have a few questions. I've looked nearly everywhere and can't seem to find an answer, so figured I'd give the thread a shot.

1. Is there a way to move the party frame to display the frames vertically down the left side of the screen instead of horizontally across the top of the screen?

2. Whenever I try to set focus, I get the error "oUF has been blocked from an action only available to the blizzard UI. You can disable the addon or reload the UI" every single time, and I don't know why.

3. One thing that helped me a lot with the default UI was being able to see my threat % on my picture, but with this UI I can't see that.

Those are my main issues so far - I'm a UI addon newb, so if these seem like retarded questions don't tear into me too hard :P

Moving Raid
1. Open World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\oUF_Diablo Folder.
2. Open config.lua with notepad or notepad++.
3. Find

5. Find --RAID.
6. Change RAID position with

pos = { a1 = "TOP", a2 = "TOP", af = "UIParent", x = 5, y = -5 },
a1 is anchor 1, a2 is anchor 2. For anchors the following can be used: TOP, TOPLEFT, TOPRIGHT, LEFT, CENTER, RIGHT, BOTTOM, BOTTOMLEFT and BOTTOMRIGHT

af is the anchor frame. Leave it to UIParent.

x is the horizontal plane. Set it negative moves frames left, positive moves frames right.

y is the vertical plane. Set it negative moves frames down, positive moves frames up.

7. Reload UI. ( /console reloadui )

sweet that works perfectly!
im having one more problem
every time i join a raid group the position of the raid frames resets, i added userplaced=false under the attributes of the raid section in the config.lua but i feel like thats not what you meant for me to do, also when i change the x and y offset in the lua it doesnt change the position in game, im starting to go crosseyed lol

No because they still use data saved in the layout-local.txt files (under your wtf/char folders). You could copy the one layout-local.txt from the char you like to all other chars.

Also, when i set the positions of the art/bars/units on one character it doesnt set them for my other characters, theyre back to default positions.
Is this because i used the /unlock commands to move them instead of setting x and y in the lua files? or am i again just missing something? lol

Open oUF_Diablo/config.lua
Go to party and change the visibility from "party" to "party,raid".

But you may need to change the hardcoded raid position.

Use the userplaced=false variable in the config to reset position data and to load the new values.

first i would like to say i love the diablo ui, its amazing.
ive been tweaking it for few hours now and everything is working out great except one thing:
im trying to get the party frame to show while in a raid, extending from left to right, starting with my characters portrait, and only showing the 5 players in my group. am i trying to do the impossible, or is there something ive been missing in the lua's?

If you edit the files and generate a lua error. The positions will reset. That is the only way that can happen without settings usperplaced to false.
The position data is saved per character only aswell.

I've been having issues for some time with elements not saving their positions.

Example: Move the focus and pet frames via /diablo unlockframes, place them where I want, re-lock them with /diablo lockframes.

Then after some time, I'm not sure quite what triggers it, they just randomly misplace themselves. Is anyone else having this issue?

Any insight would be very helpful!

Ok, disabled everything now all that's left is the orbs, but I can't find orb scale. Since they aren't called "orbs" in the lui.

Do you have any plans to add code for the Boss (or Arena for that matter) frames to display using the same format as Party? Currently they display with Blizzard standard frames.
