FAQ
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.

Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons do not automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars (except for Bar 1), you have to use the new KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!

Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.

Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

You can manually edit Lua files. Cut and paste relevant profile block and it should just work.

If you can reproduce the issue with only Bartender running, we might be able to help.
So far, it seems the anchors for the bar are wrongly set.

It really only happens to bars 7 and 8. I made a youtube link showing this in example. But i can provide more screenshots later if needed. Would disabling snapping fix this? And how could i fix the actionbars "not appearing" issue. Also, I should mention this problem happens almost every time I log in, change zones, or anything that involves the UI having to reload, which as you can expect is VERY annoying. http://youtu.be/16GTrdzj1iM is the youtube link. You can also see the location I have my bar 7 at down on the bottom. Bar 7 is the one that likes to disappear and bar 8 is the one that likes to wander.

I realize this post is a bit old but I am living with the same annoyance on all of my characters. I don't understand his solution or it doesn't work for me. I prefer to have abilities activated on button press but that also means they're activated every time I try to move the buttons around. Is it the intention that, if we want to move buttons, we have to go into BT4 options, disable 'activate on press', move buttons then re-enable?

You're confusing action bars with status bars.
Bartender only operate with action bars.
For status bars, you'd need something like IceHUD.
