Cellular is an instant messenger mod (for only whispers) based on the functionality of an old version of ForgottenChat.

How to Use:

"/cellular", check Interface Options->AddOns, or right-click a window for options
Left-click a window to toggle the editbox
Left-click a tab to activate it
Shift-left-click and drag a window to move
Shift-left-click and drag bottom-right corner to resize
Right-click a tab for show/close/options dropdown
Middle-click a tab to close
Hold ctrl and close any window/tab to quick remove from history
Several convenient buttons (some require shift clicking for confirmation reasons)

Warnings:

If you have history enabled and notice that Cellular is using a lot of memory, you should cleanup your history entries using Cellular's history options.
If you're experiencing crashing due to memory errors, disable and clear your history.
If you cherish your history, you can back up the saved variables file and then delete it. You can view it in any text editor later. The location of the saved variables file is here:
...\WTF\Account\<Account Name>\<Server Name>\<Character Name>\SavedVariables\Cellular.lua

Its the most annoying thing ever. If you need donaiton lets us know and we can all chip in to make this better. Like I already said I'm a huge fan for years now, but imho the crash is way serious then the reply binding... Cos atm something simple like switching characters is not possible.
I have no clue on how much work is required in to tracking down that error, but if you have some time please look into it. ty

Does this mean it still crashes the game when you logout if you have received a whisper?

*edit: The reply binding worked at first, then abruptly stopped working again when I switched characters and changed the design of the Cellular whisper window. (Changes made were border = none, opacity = 0.8, font = Calibri(default).)

Deleting all Cellular settings and starting from scratch didn't restore it.

P. S. What is "disable block to default"?

If I hit return or click on the cellular tab I see I've somehow entered adswdsaws (movement keys) into my whisper. Sigh, cellular disabled once again...

I did stop using the addon, when the clashes started to pop up quite a bit, but I was thrilled to see it come back. I'd never deleted my Cellular variable file, perhaps out of faith, so it was set up as I remember it. One thing I cannot remember is if I was able to lock the frame or not (to prevent resizing / movement. I think so, but then perhaps wires are crossed. If it's possible, how? I must be overlooking something obvious. If it's not possible, could you make that a feature? In the frame section, the words "lock frame" would be excellent (with, of course, the ability to do so). EDIT: I just realised that someone is likely to type that frames can't be moved / resized without holding down shift, but I mean the little corner. For some reason, I have a habit of hitting things like that. If there was a reversable (a tick box, as with other features, perhaps) feature, to fully lock the frames and hide that little corner, that would be great. Thanks! Yeah ever since 3.3.5 if I remember, but I love this addon so much I refuse to let it go.
Plus for ppl that play the game for some years now it's very handy to check the logs of what you said to that guy 6 months ago :P

Love your work m8, and if you manage to stop it from crashing my wow I'll give you a serious high5!

Okay, I just start getting that error on beta. Thought it was unrelated to Cellular. I'll see what I can do.
