Description

Rune-It-All adds more features and functionality to Blizzard's rune frame, including size, movement, transparency, cooldown text, various art styles, and more.

Rune-It-All does the following:

  • Allows you to scale the size of the runes
  • Allows you to change the transparency in and out of combat
  • Allows you to unlock and lock the runes so that you can move them around
  • Has 5 unique layouts including: Vertical, Curved Up, Curved Down, Vertical Block, and Horizontal Block
  • Has 7 unique art choices including: Beta Runes, DKI Runes, and Letter Runes, Japanese Runes, Orb Runes, Runica Runes, Beta-Enhanced Runes
  • Allows you to move the runes individually
  • Has custom cooldown text (includes several options along with it)
  • Has option to show runes (when OOC - and useful when OOC alpha is less than 1) when you use a rune (e.g. Death and Decay OOC)
  • Allows you to increase or decrease the spacing between runes ("padding") Note: only works for Vertical and Horizontal layouts
  • Allows you to configure how the rune bar acts when you enter a Vehicle
  • And more...

HI im new to this forums im loving the addons im finding here, but im having an issue with this addon or maybe its me not adding the right setting to it.

when i turn this addon on i cant see my targets target is their a way to fix this or maybe im just doing something wrong, if anyone gots an answer to my issue please let me know. ty.

Death Rune issue

This mod is exactly what I need to finalize the UI for my DK, but there is an issue with death runes. I am Unholy, and when I hit Festering Strike it changes the graphics on Unholy and Blood runes to Death, and leaves the frost rune as is. It should be changing the Blood and Frost runes to Death.

Thanks in advance for a fix.

Okay. Please try this Beta release.

I have added a new feature: Change the alpha of the runes when they are on CD (they currently dim down - this is now adjustable).

Please also test out the vehicle issues posted by costomojin.

Lastly, let me know any other bugs you find.

Hey Melizande,

I'm currently working on re-creating the runes. I'm having some issues that have finally caused me to realize that I can no longer work with Blizzard's runes.

In the next update, the Blizzard runes will be hidden and Rune-It-All will be using it's own runes. Nothing should look any different; the only change will be that I will have a lot more control with the runes themselves and might be able to implement more features than I currently can.

Hey guys, new to the forums here.

Wanted to check in on progress for Rune-it-all. It's a great mod but there are some very serious issues with it currently — and. if this issues don't exist perhaps I can get some guidance on how to correct them on my end.

I completely understand your feelings. I wish I had more time than I currently do. I'm a Senior in High School, so my schedule is very busy. I have to delay tasks on my To-Do List in order to get things done

Yeah. Sorry for the lack of update. I've been focusing on a couple of my other AddOn's and getting them 4.0.1 compatible as well. I put this one as a lower priority as it works fine (besides this vehicle issue).

My goal is to get an update to Rune-It-All by the end of the week.

Actually, I did get a chance to hop on the PTR (before they took it down) and fixed the Horizontal padding issue.

I believe I have an idea to fix the vehicle issues, but haven't had a chance to test it out. I cannot work on it tonight because it is already too late for me.

I'll do my best to work on it this week, but homework levels fluctuate, and so does many other responsibilities

Great, I look forward to the future update of this addon with those features. Just to mention, the padding feature does not work currently with the Horizontal layout, only works with the Vertical layout. But with the implementation of padding for all layouts, its not too much of an issue that needs fixing right now. Keep up with the great addon I will be keeping an eye out for an upgrade.

Possible feature not working?

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I was trying to adjust the Vertical and Horizontal padding and the only times it will work is when I have the runes in the Vertical layout. Is there any chance why the vertical and horizontal padding does not work for the other layouts or will you add the feature to adjust the padding for the other layouts?

Forgot to mention that this was found with only Rune-It-All enabled and all other addons disabled, to make sure there was no interference.
