Creating Custom Textures for Addons

Hello,

So recently, I got some addons. And I do not like the way that they look. Is there any way I can modify them so I can add a custom texture? You know, something like this:

See how he has a custom texture for Recount, and Omen. So is there at least some sort of tutorial on how to make custom textures for addons? Thanks.

Looks like he's probably using something like KGPanels, LitePanels, or manually did the frames himself. Could you link to the UI in question?

The UI works fine, I just don't know where to find the texture file. I don't know whether the textures are in the addons individually, or in it's own file.

As mentioned, the UI used kgPanels to create those textures you are seeing. Each is a frame with a background and a border. Probably found in the SharedMedia addon - kgPanels can use that media for its artwork.

To create your own, follow these instructions:
http://forums.wowace.com/showthread.php?t=15439

Put your textures in the SharedMedia_MyMedia folder and follow its instructions inside the SharedMedia folder.
Pick your new textures from the kgPanels options.
