hey cant provide a picture but it makes ure health bar look different mana bar is a more sly blue and the little picture bobbles? looks kinda kool so thought id ask wot it is on here

Actually, to answer your question (i think) the one I use to do this is perl classic frames.

I think there was also one named model citizen.
