Bad/malicious banner redirects from wowi to somedown.net

A few minutes ago I was redirected from http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/addcomment.php to somedown.net which was blocked by the IE Smartscreen filter as "malicious".

The redirect took place without any user activity (like clicking the banner or something). :/

My location is Germany.


There's btw from time to time another annoying banner that plays a youtoube video with sound on and max volumne as default.
