Personal text note in boss-room

I'm really look for an addon that can keep a personal text note per boss - just like "Angry Boss Reminders" do with talents selected per boss.

This can be so useful. Reminding yourself with pre-made text notes when certain things will occur as well as a personal cooldown-usage management.
