[CN]EasyMail have too many question marks

Looks like localization.zhCN.lua should be encoded as UTF-8 instead of GB2312

For the zhTW version it's properly in UTF-8

Drop the attached file into the EasyMail folder. I found an online encoding converter, but I'm not sure how well the conversion went. It should at the very least be readable.

It's now UTF yes but the conversion didn't go well, it's not really readable in Chinese ...



Converting it to UTF with Notepad++ should at least work
