Map in 5.4.2 Alpha 5

I noticed that when I logged in yesterday, after my internet went out and WoW closed without me logging out, my map is acting odd.

In the MiniMap, it stays docked and when I go to full map, the dock stays on the whole right half of the map.

I have attached screenshots of what is happening and I have even disabled all addons except Carbonite and it is still doing it
