SFV:SPM -> The message was marked as spam by the content filter.
SCL:5 -> The Spam Confidence Level 5 -> Spam -> Deliver the message to the recipients’ Junk Email folder.
I guess the same happens for Hotmail/Outlook.com users? I didn't setup any custom rules on my account.
Emails for thread updates aren't marked as spam, they only get a SCL of 1.
