Are the following possible with addons?

For borders on various addons like KGpanels, is it possible to create a set that features lights blinking starting from both ends of the panel and meeting in the center.

Something like the blinking on GDI and Nod power plants in Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun but for borders.

For cast bars, action bars, etc. to follow a curved line instead of being straight. Same going for kgpanels to allow you to change the geometric shape of a panel to say a circle or semicircle.

idk anything about programming lol. I reckon all this would sound like a lot of work if possible, but idk if these things are possible.

I know that you can do the curved line thing with any bar that uses a texture. Just make the texture a curve. You see it all the time with HUD addons.

The other stuff I don't know.
