I'm playing warlock from the Vanilla, there was some break (Almost 3 years) and now i'm back to Draenor.

I would really appreciate if you could help me with one tiny thing

Can you tell me please what addon is "Author" is using to see DOT's upper the nameplate (Please notice, it's a blizzard default ones, and I really dont want any other plates just default ones and dot's like this)
