fix/addon for not picking up action buttons..

I got a little problem.
I don't want to pick up action buttons when I shift-click on it.
Never ever...
I have the lock button checked in interface options and I want it that way.
I had an addon for this before the 2.0 patch but it doesn't work any more.

So I wonder if someone got an addon for this they can show me.
I have seen that Slouken posted an addon so that you pick up the action button on just shift-click without the drag. So I hope that my little problem can be solved to.
