xperl shows mana bars in black color

xperl shows mana bars in black color even though the mana color in settings in blue. how do i fix this bug?

Someone who actually uses Xperl may be able to help you here, but you're probably better off posting a ticket on the official project page where the addon's author will see it:

You should also include more information, like whether the problem still happens when all other addons are disabled, whether it happens with default settings, whether you're on live or beta servers, etc. See also the troubleshooting guide link in my signature.

Also what bar texture you're using. (ie, is it still black if you switch to a different bar texture?)
