wow 2.4.3 Carbonite Edition Please Help!

I just started playing Excalibur Burning Crusades (player run shard). I hate quest helper and I want to use carbonite... I found carbonite version 1.3 but I would like a older version or a version that has a complete quest database so the ! ( un accepted quests) show up on my map so I don't have to run around looking for them.. the WoW version is 2.4.3. cant find anywhere to download a version, been looking for hours..
