Any mass inviter addon around?

Hello,

I'm looking for an addon I can invite existent lvl90 people in a specific zone. (Actually I'm looking for a way to invite any max-level character in the Valley of the 4 winds when Galleon spawns - so we can tag it way faster).

I know about Ora3 / CTRA that can mass invite from the guild but I need the zone's players instead. Is there any way to do this?

Bad idea. Blizzard will lock down the invite functions for groups if someone did something like this and it was at all popular.

Use oRA3's invite-on-whisper feature. That way the people who want to join the raid are required to whisper you, and people who don't want to be bothered with it aren't required to do anything.

I haven't installed oRA3 yet but I got CTRA which is the grandfather of all oRA addons actually. Is there a similar option in CTRA also or I should change to oRA?

Honestly no clue, I ended up replacing CTRA once I understood enough Lua to look at the code and be horrified. The godawful website at the time didn't put me in a mood to have charitable thoughts, either. (I thought it had been unmaintained for years now, but perhaps somebody's rewritten it.)

It still has the same godawful website it had in vanilla, and the same horrifying code, too. When there are so many alternatives that are so much better-written, and don't require remembering to check a one-off website for updates, there's not really any reason to use any CT addons.

I don't know about CTRA but I'm still using some of those like CT_BarMod, CT_BottomBar, CT_Core and CT_BuffMod simple because I couldn't find any alternatives that provide all of the useful tweaks for my UI that those provide. Everything else I found is shorten one or more features.

Will try to replace CTRA with oRA3 tho.

Which features are you looking for that you haven't been able to find in other addons?

Also, the CTMod website has advertisements for account/gold sellers.

If not, then the new guys must have the old guys' blessing, since they have the old website.
