Hi guys, I am looking for a lua function to enchant an item in the inventory.
can someone help me?

You mean like something you can use a button to enchant on a vellum?

Tekkub has written an AddOn for that which I'm using: [url=https://github.com/TekNoLogic/Velluminous]Velluminous[/url

To install, click on the "download zip" button on that page, unzip it, rename the extracted directory to "Velluminous" and move the directory to <wow>/Interface/AddOns/

If you're the lazy kind of person, you can also install OneClickEnchantScroll through the curse client.
