[Solved] Video Settings Will Not Go Past Fair

A friend of mine recently installed a UI from curse.com and decided she didn't like it. She deleted the interface/wtf folder. Now she can't get her video settings to go past fair. Any idea what could be causing this?

I didn't notice this problem until after I tried to use this UI called ElvUI through curse.com. I ended up not liking the UI and disabling and deleting it completely from my WoW folder.
I am for some reason not able to change my video settings to anything higher than fair. I was at least able to play on High settings before Here is a screenshot.

If you delete the WTF folder (or simply delete all instances of ElvUI/TukUI lua and lua.bak files from all SavedVariables folders from within the WTF directory) and relog into the game, do you still have that issue?

I run ElvUI, and do clean installs with each update. I've never had that issue.

Thanks for your reply, yes, I did delete my WTF, even deleted all my addons and interface folder completely... Ended up being that all I needed to to was update my driver... I'm glad it was an easy fix, but took too long to realize what it was, lol. Thank you again!!!
