Super Duper Macro not showing in game

installed as instructed, everything is right, don't have 2 WOW folders, but still add on does not show in game.

Have friend Macbook Pro like me but is an older version, installed and is working, he is using it now successfully with new expansion as of 11/16/14. ????? Don't know what the problem is. Any help out there?

Can you be more specific about what you mean when you say "does not show" and "in game"? Where exactly are you looking (addon list at the character screen, interface options addons tab, minimap button, etc.)?

All of the above

All the above. It doesn't show anywhere. When you open up your macro box on your character, there is no Super Duper Macro listed anywhere. Add on list in game and before entering game, neither shows any super duper macro add-on

If it's not even showing in the AddOns list at the character select screen, then you have it installed incorrectly.

You probably have "folder-in-folder" syndrome. Meaning when you unzipped it, you had the extraction utility extract it into a new folder named after the .zip file, instead of just pulling out the contents of the .zip file.

Either that, or you installed it to the wrong directory.

The addon is in the directory with all my other addons from the game that are working. The subfolder syndrome is not the issue here. Also this is a Macbook Pro, not a PC

Then why is that folder named SuperDuperMacro-3 instead of just SuperDuperMacro?

/edit: and it doesn't matter if you have a Mac or a PC.

It means it's installed incorrectly. The folder structure is this:

AddOns\SuperDuperMacro\SuperDuperMacro.toc (and other files)
