Trinket Proc and ICD Monitor Mod?

I'm looking for a mod that can alert me to when a trinket or effect has procced with a timer, and then display a custom timer for the Internal Cooldown. I know PowerAura's will display procs with the duration, but I can't find any way to monitor or setup a timer for a Trinket's internal CD to be monitored.

Basically I want to have visual feedback on when something procs or is soon going to be available to proc so that I can time my cooldowns based around that.

In addition, I have searched and was unable to find something I figured would be quite simple, a mod that would display a monitor for a certain stat on your screen. For instance, a little window that could monitor my Attack Power stat as it changes without having the Character Screen open.

I use Proculas -tons of procs in it's database (proc list), configurable text reporting (sct, rw, chat channel, etc), optional cooldown bar timers, and LDB display.

Awesome, thank you very much for the responses! TinyMeleeStats is perfect, and I think I will be looking into using Proculas too.
