Notifications shouldn't fire for unapproved updates

Just got an on-site notification (number by my username at top right) for an update to one of the addons on my favorites list, but was unable to download the update, because it's still awaiting approval. Obviously a very minor issue, but it would be better if the notification didn't appear until the update was actually obtainable, especially since the notification goes away after I visit my favorites list, and now I'll have to actually remember, with my own brain, to come back and check for it later.

In case it matters, the update was for Muted Sounds. Also, Minion isn't applicable here as this project isn't an addon, per se.
