I'd like to make the thickness of the ring larger than 25, but I haven't found a way to do this; setting it in the GUI always reverts it to a max of 25. Any ideas?

The savedvariables file has a thickness variable; however when I set it to anything greater than 25, the ring texture turns into a green square. Any ideas?

That addon hasn't been updated in 2 years, and its author hasn't logged into Curse in the same amount of time. You should probably start looking for a replacement.

That said, a quick peek at its code reveals the answer to your question. The only supported thickness values are 15, 20, and 25, because when you change that value, you're actually just telling the addon to use a different texture file (image), and it only has textures for those values. The green square is what happens when you tell WoW to load a texture file that doesn't exist.

Unrelated to the actual question, but GCD is maintained here now: http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/gcd-continued
