Get Battlepet ID from Consumable?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is any way to obtain the battlepet ID from the consumable item that provides the pet? Some consumables have completely different names to the pet they actually give you, so unfortunately I can't use the C_PetJournal.FindPetIDByName function.
