looking for new nameplate that look like this

The original nameplate i've been using for years is discontinued, because the author said it is needed to e rewrittin from scratch, he updated everything else except the nPlates, and I am in the hunt to look for one thats similar, and couldn't find, tidy plates or kuinameplates don't look the same or feel the same, i'm more into the feel.

here's a screenshot of how it looks, and how it glows when you have threat which helps when i'm tanking, also when the threat is high it glows yellow.

plus i'm used to how the name look, and the percentage/health inside the nameplate. you can see it shows full hp on nameplate if health is full, and if health is reduced it shows ( health - percentage ) which is nice.

Tidy Plates. If it's not 100% like the layout you're looking for, you can make it so.

ive tried tidy plates and attempted to make it look like what I wanted in that screenshot, but I failed miserably, could you help me out?

I was just playing with tidy plates now, and there's only choice of themes, as I can't change stuff around and how they appear or look.
